The Cloisters Miami

I have been living at The Cloisters Miami for five months, and it has been an amazing experience compared to many other off-campus student housing properties I’ve lived in before. The maintenance team is very responsive, and my requests are always resolved within a reasonable timeframe. The office management team has also been extraordinarily helpful when it comes to questions about my account, charges, and even roommate concerns. If you are a University of Miami student, or parent of a student looking for housing, I highly recommend The Cloisters Miami!

Very clean and nice apartments. Modern amenities and appliances. Some pictures are old, the place has been renovated and looks up to standard with other apartments in the area. Pretty good on the price too. Would definitely keep this as an option when looking. You don’t need to be a student either.

The Cloisters Miami truly feels like a hidden gem for University of Miami students. From the moment you walk into the community, everything slows down. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and has a quiet, almost magical atmosphere. The greenery and the Coral Gables neighborhood make it feel like you’ve stepped into a completely different place, and I’ve built so many great connections there. What I love most is how spacious the apartments are and that they come fully furnished. The lighting is amazing, and there are beautiful views of greenery throughout the community. Nothing is overdone, yet every detail clearly matters. You can tell the property is well cared for, and it truly shows. Everything one could be looking for as a student attending UM. Close to campus and safe! Night time security in the parking lot. Cortavious in the office is remarkable. His assistance went above and beyond. Living spaces are well maintained. And maintenance responds to issues in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend, as I was recommended and not let down.

Our firm has been working with their Management Team for several years. During this time, they have been professional, and great communication has always been key. Mr. Givens is very proactive with security matters and keeping residents safe. The property is well maintained, always looking its best.
