The Cliffs at Somersett

I helped a buddy move here from Tracy Ca. I absolutely love the homes here! And there was snow and the night was so lit up by the moonlight. You could see everything for miles around. The mountains were so visible with just the light from the moon.

Gorgeous modern new Homes! Prices were not bad for the basic home. Lovely view across valley. Models are exquisitely ($$$) and interestingly decorated, and worth a look.

Should you choose to proceed after digesting my husband's review, here are a few final pieces of advice: Take pictures of EVERYTHING through each stage of construction. Use different angles and be sure to include rafters. Toll Brothers has falsely claimed to have repaired a wall on two occasions now, and we wouldn’t have any proof unless we had taken photos at every stage. Do not blindly trust your construction manager(s) to either recognize and/or correct errors in home construction along the way unless the matter will not pass county inspection, most especially the design center upgrades billed to you at exorbitant mark-up. Despite paying TB as General Contractor (who is responsible for monitoring subcontractor performance), the reality is you must visit the property on a weekly basis

Very beautiful until the hill behind these home's slide down from heavy rains and you have a drive way full of mud. Again, beautiful homes but not for me.

Please do the dog park in Somersett when the wind is not blowing at 90mph. Nice park for the doggos, also has a nice playground for the kids.
