The Claridge

The building itself is great. The rooms are bright and have lots of natural light, and the hallways were recently redone to make the place look more up to date. However, the management is terrible. In all my time renting apartments, the landlord for here has been the worst. She is unresponsive and extremely difficult to get in contact with unless it is regarding a matter that benefits her, like when she would request permission to let people take photos of the unit. She has never once responded to a text or phone call. I would not recommend living here simply because of the management. It is a shame because the building would be so nice otherwise.
