The Chateau

My experience at the Chateau has been amazing so far. Jennifer was the person in the leasing office who handled my applications, she was very friendly, knowledgeable, personable and was able to answer all my questions and any concerns I had. They were able to review and approve my application much quicker than the timeframe they provided, and the move in process was smooth. I love my apartment, the unit is spacious, clean, no pests, and I have a beautiful view. The locations is great for my also, the Hallandale shopping center is right up the street and there’s highway access right next to the Chataeu. It’s only my first week but so far I’m loving living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone searching!

I want to sincerely thank the Property Manager and Service Manager for going above and beyond to help me when my car got stuck in the snow. They stepped in right away and turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a manageable one. The people here are truly kind, supportive, and willing to help when it matters most. It really says a lot about the community and the care the team has for residents. I’m very grateful for their help and can confidently say this is a great place with genuinely good people.

I had a wonderful experience at The Chateau thanks to Yakelin. She is an outstanding leasing professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly.
