The Charley Apartments

As a current tenant who moved in over a month ago, I truly enjoy living in this new building and the property management team here does a great job making it a lovely home for everyone. I briefly mentioned the pet relief area would be nice if fenced and a few weeks later I was pleasantly surprised with this new fence they put up. The common room library has a good collection of books to read. The rooftop area has a great view and grill setup. David and Erika, the property management crew go above and beyond to make sure the residents have a good experience and answer all my questions with patience. I just moved into The Charley and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The building itself is amazing—everything is brand new, thoughtfully designed, and the units are absolutely gorgeous. You can really tell a lot of care went into every detail. The entire leasing team has been wonderful, but I especially want to shout out Erica, the property manager. She kept me informed every step of the way throughout the process and even called to check in on move-in day to make sure I was settled.
