I have been at The Charlestown about 2 years. I am extremely happy here and can't say enough about the staff. Maintence responds asap if you have an issue. I am not sure of the gentleman's name who does the cleaning, but he is exceptional! The building is always clean and he goes above and beyond. Right now we don't have a Property Manager, hopefully soon though. Thank you to Peabody Properties
My two years living at the Charlestown have been delightful thanks to the wonderful management team and staff. Janelle (manager), Loretta, (resident service coordinator), Joe, (maintenance manager), Juan, (maintenance) and Jose, (cleaning crew) have been quick to respond and always do a great job. My thanks go out to all!
