The Chandler

I had to find a place quickly and they got me right into an apartment within a week. The management, and maintenance staff are super friendly, and responsive. They also worked with me on breaking my lease a few months early and gave me some very fair options. I'll miss having interactions with those folks, they are kind and genuinely there to help. Overall, I lived here for two years, and never had a problem. it's on the upper end of cost, in the area, but it's worth it for the convenient locations, and the new/clean and updated apartments. If there are low ratings, they're probably from grumpy people who can't be pleased.

The Chandler has been a fantastic place to live so far! The location is extremely convenient to everything and the property is very modern and well taken care of. Maintenance is on top of everything and they take care of problems almost immediately if there is one. Not to mention Carissa and Donna in the office are absolutely amazing with everything and are the friendliest people you could meet! They keep this place running and looking amazing and are always happy to help with anything I need. I would definitely recommend living here especially if you have a dog they are super dog friendly!

What an incredible property! I helped move my Aunt in and the inside/outside is so clean. I was really impressed. Tenants were welcoming and respectful. One tenant told me she just renewed her lease because she is so happy here. The amenities and extras that come with living here are so well worth it. Extremely well run property.

I rented for two years at the Chandler. Always felt safe. The management team is great. Donna and Karisa always responded to any concern or issue I'd had. The building superintendent was also responsive. I called a few times in the evening and always got an immediate response for any repairs needed. Apartment was clean, modern and very efficient when it came to heat and air.

At the Chandler, you get an updated well-maintained, clean, neat and well managed place to live. I have lived here almost two years. This is backed up by phenomenal and pleasant staff as well. On top of that you live in an area where you can literally walk to most everything that you need. You really can't go wrong at the Chandler for value too.
