The Chamberlain Apartments I & II

If I could give this community more than 5 stars, I would! The residents all speak to you, ask how you're doing and introduce themselves to you. Most communities aren't like that. I have to mention Bethanne, Shawn and Chuck; they went out of their way to help me move in and spent their precious time helping me take items into my apartment. I couldn't have picked a better community to be a part of! Fantastic place!

Great Management, Great Maintenance Team and Great Neighbors. I would have given it 5 Star but there’s a bad cockroach problem and I have to keep my stuff covered and that’s just annoying.

The leasing office manager did an amazing job walking me through everything as this is my first apartment. The apartment itself looks great, it has new carpet and paint with lots of space. All of the faculty have been very kind and welcoming as well.

This is a nice quite place. Bethanne is a Rockstar. She was friendly and helped me with my move in process. I would recommend Chamberlain to anyone.

I've been living here Chamberlin 1 since 2015 The experience has been great. Property manager Sandy does an excellent job. She treats you with kindness & respect. Maintenance dept (Shawn) is great too!. I dont know his name but he keep hallways/stairwells clean & smelling fresh. Shawn Does repairs in a timely manner. I don't plan on moving until I die. Quiet neighbors & quiet neighborhood.
