PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT move here. Unless you would like to wake up to get ready for work and you have absolutely no notification of hot water being turned off completely and you have no heat and the temperature outside is dropping. Our if you would like to have no AC cold air circulating in the summertime. My First month living here I had no heat for months from Fall to Winter and all I was compensated was 1 month free rent and a space heater. This place sucks literally its nothing “luxury” about it. Then they have the audacity to hound you with notifications about paying rent. Everything that glitters isn't gold. You might think its nice you got a balcony you got a little view you think the rent is decent huh? Nah them roaches gonna appear its going to be one then 3 months later it's

This apartment is a joke and so are the property managers. I lived here for 6 months with no hot water, no heat, no air conditioning, a dishwasher that kept flooding my apartment, no electricity in my bathroom, being locked out of my bedroom for more than a week and maintenance telling me that it was MY problem, and the list continues. I did everything I could to resolve things because who wants to pay for a moving crew and pack yet again.... I was never offered another unit. People in the office were beyond rude and dismissed everything I brought to them. I spoke with the property manager and she said she would be able to void my lease termination fees due to the STACK of work orders for my apartment and the documentation I had... well now I'm in collections which I never even received an

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I prefer you to not move here. They make it look good on the outside but the inside is horrendous. Terrible place to rent from. Trust me save yourself the headache. My fiancé was chased in their parking garage and nobody cared to do anything. They lack Empathy. Very unsafe environment to live in.

This used to be a nice place to live. That management change 3 times in the last year. Looks like very new employee that they bring are worse than the one before. The manager is never in the office every time I go to ask for her, she is at lunch for the rest of the day. The new people in the office treat you like they are doing you a favor. It’s getting horrible. Please bring Justin and Joshua back. Also the trash is always overflow, the elevators smells like dog urine and this place is LOUD

This is not a great place to live. In a sense, it is serviceable. The last year has seen an introduction of around the clock security and some slight improvements such as painting the hallways, front doors, and replacing hallway carpeting. That is where the good ends. Year after year (have lived here for 4) they push back the air conditioning “turn on” for the building - in a way I can only assume is to save money. It used to turn on on March 15th, well before needed, but then it got pushed to April 15, then to April 30. There have been temperatures upwards of 85° in the apartments, completely unacceptable. Not to mention that they gaslight me and said last year that our A/C was working when it was not. After 2 months of asking they finally sent a mechanic out and magically fixed the issue
