I have had a very disappointing experience living at this apartment complex. The rent is extremely high for what you get, with old, cheap appliances and ongoing maintenance issues that are never properly resolved. I believe this is a management concern, the maintenance team does their best with their resources. Smoking marijuana is a constant issue throughout the property and common areas, with no enforcement or repercussions from management. Dog waste is everywhere, and many residents do not clean up after their pets, again with no action taken by management. The stairwell door has been broken for over a year and slams loudly every time it is used, creating a constant noise issue that management has failed to address. Some of these recent low reviews are just crazy! I absolutely love living at The Catherine and have to brag specifically on Jennifer, who has ALWAYS been amazing and helped immediately when I’ve had issues (my neighbors feel the same). We love her. This complex is safe, the neighbors are great, and the apartments themselves are beautiful. Could the hallways use some work on cleanliness? Yes. Can you hear your neighbors? Sometimes, it’s an apartment building. Overall for apartment living, this place is fantastic.

I have lived at the Catherine for almost a year and a half. I love the community and my apartment layout. I appreciate the helpfulness of the leasing office and the maintenance staff. Jennifer and the rest of the office staff are patient and always available to assist with problems both large and small.

My husband, our pup, and I have lived here nearly a year. Sadly we will be leaving at the end of our first year's lease, we have loved the community as well as the location. The staff is so kind to us and even kinder to our dog haha. Free coffee, free dog treats, often free breakfast or other fun items.

My wife and I were one of the first residents to move in January 2020. We have lived at multiple apartment complexes throughout the United States as our job relocates us periodically. I must say the Catherine at Roswell is one of the best. The staff has been accommodating with any issues. The breezeways are kept clean and the pool area is like a resort pool. The area it’s self is great. 1 mile from Walmart, Kroger. The Avalon is a few miles away with Whole Foods. If our job wasn’t relocating us again we would definitely stay another year.
