Tim, our community maintenance service manager, is a true professional and an all-around class act. He’s thoughtful, knowledgeable, and consistently quick to communicate and follow through on maintenance requests. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about the residents here. We’re very grateful for him. Having someone like Tim looking after things makes renewing our lease an easy decision.

We’ve had a great experience living here, and one of the biggest reasons we decided to renew our lease is because of Jason, the maintenance manager. He truly goes above and beyond…always responsive, friendly, and willing to help with anything that comes up. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in making sure residents are happy and things are taken care of promptly. Jason really sets the standard for what great maintenance service should be.

Tim came today and cleaned out my dryer vent and hose line, fixed the dryer vent hose and got me back up runnng. He is amazing ! Always is on time and a smile on his face and goes over and beyond to fix the problem. So thankful for him. Judy Hobbs Carriage homes of Wyndham

Seems like most of the recent reviews are about Jason…..I will GLADLY jump on this bandwagon! He is incredible! He is the only maintenance man we have and he is so quick handling issues over the entire community. We are very thankful to have him!!!

Jason is absolutely amazing! Every time I put in a maintenance request, he shows up quickly, gets the job done fast, and always knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s super knowledgeable, respectful, and professional, and he always explains what’s going on so I understand what he fixed. He shows you every thing is functioning before he leaves. It’s such a relief knowing that when something breaks, Jason’s the one coming to handle it, he makes maintenance stress-free and easy. Very reliable and efficient.
