The Caroline Apartments

Been living here for almost 2 years and honestly have no complaints. The staff is super friendly and respectful and the complex is calm. Everything is always so maintained constantly and clean, when we first moved here one of the best prices I can find with everything they have to offer from clubhouse, gym, pool , dog park and all. I am not one to leave reviews like this, but honestly have no complaints in this place 100% recommend!! Nature walk is my favorite part !

I’ve had an amazing experience living at this apartment complex! The customer service is truly outstanding… the staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything you need. They make residents feel valued and welcomed from day one. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, which makes coming home every day enjoyable. One thing I really appreciate is how fast they respond to requests. Maintenance service is incredibly quick and efficient…issues are handled promptly and professionally without long wait times. My husband and I moved here shortly after getting married, and we have had the most positive experience! Our interactions with Jonathan and Becky have been nothing short of amazing. They have been very accommodating and hospitable in so many ways. What really stands out is how they make it a point to smile and say hello to anyone who walks past their offices. We are grateful for our time spent at The Caroline!

My wife and I have lived here for just about 2 years, and it’s been nothing but amazing! Becky and Jonathan are the BEST property team on the planet. They communicate so well, care for their residents, and are very respectable and kind people. Amazing amenities, clean grounds, and safe security. 10/10 recommend!

Stopped by here with my sister who is looking for a new place to live and they gave us a tour of the property. This place is definitely on her top 3 not only was the property beautiful but the staff is super friendly which is super important when living in apartment complexes. The area is really nice too so this might be her new home soon.
