The Carlton

I had the most wonderful touring experience with Traci this past Friday. I am very prepared with a notebook with notes from research, and she was very receptive of my personal needs. I love how charismatic and highly personable she was along with her willingness to show me all available plans from my list. The tour was thorough and fun; the floor plans are gorgeous and have a homey feel. I love that it’s a smaller community, and it seems like a tight knit little community; we passed a few residents who all acknowledged Traci showing me she has a great rapport with residents (which is something I look for). I DEFINITELY have this property as my #1 pick and am hoping a first floor unit opens up in the floor plan I want in the time frame I have because I am ready to call this place home.

The apartment unit itself is fine — the layout is decent, the interior is comfortable , and I haven’t had major issues inside the unit. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The overall property is not well maintained. Common areas and exterior upkeep are often neglected especially if you’re living in the back part of the complex. There’s potholes, broken curbs, broken lights, etc. I’ve lived here for over a year and the gates are constantly broken as well. There was even graffiti on the walls that I had to report multiple times. I finally just told maintenance. Ongoing issues are left unaddressed for long periods of time. What’s more frustrating is the lack of responsiveness from the leasing office. Reaching out about concerns often results in no follow-up, no clear communicatio

I’ve had a great experience at The Carlton Apartments! The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. A special shoutout to Nataly, the Assistant Community Manager, who has been incredibly helpful and professional. She’s always friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. Highly recommend The Carlton Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!

Traci was absolutely amazing — super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process! I’m definitely looking forward to calling The Carlton my new home once my current lease is up. Highly recommend working with her!
