The Carlton at Lake Dexter

The Carlton at Lake Dexter is one of the most comfortable and beautiful complexes around, the staff is incredible, locals are very nice, with plenty of parking any time of day. We had a bad experience moving a 16ft box truck with a car on a trailer, from Connecticut, but into another apartment just down the road. In which we stayed there for only three days and then chose immediately to relocate to The Carlton at lake Dexter, because of numerous issues I won’t get into here, however... Kelli in the front office is the absolute best, her manager Paige also greeted us with such kindness, Tyus was very welcoming at the front desk. They all helped and waited close to after closing for our application to be finished, and immediately got us into a beautiful apartment that is so clean, so spacio

I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. Tyus at the reception desk was so friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in and Krista took amazing care and time with us, Showing us the apartment and all through the application process and the day after with follow up questions and amazing customer service. If you are looking for a wonderful place to live with a kind and caring team this is your place. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Great place to live. Great amenities and the views are beautiful. Even get to get free Friday night drone/fire works show over the lake from the LegoLand park! Paige is a great property manager and actually listens to your feedback/concerns and works her best with her team to get them addressed. Definitely worth checking out if you are moving to the Winter Haven area.

I have live here a year now and overall I am very pleased! Pros: 1. Property is nicely landscaped, lighted and kept up. Most water features include fountains. 2. The property is only two years old. Maintenance is very responsive when needed. 3. Pool is heated and usually in great condition, as is the fitness center. 5. Multiple outdoor grills, firepits, a large pavilion and a conference room are available. 4. A free car wash facility is on site. 5. Trash pickup: One 30 gallon can five evenings a week, but also two large dumpsters are on site when needed. Maintenance will also assist with disposing of many inconvenient large items. 6. I am very happy with my floorplan, and there are multiple plans to choose from. 7. Dog parks and fenced children's play areas are available. 8. Guest suite

I initially thought, “Okay, the guest suite is nice,” but once I walked in, it was more like, “OKAY QUEEN 👏 THIS GUEST SUITE IS THE BOMB.COM!” The guest suite truly exceeded my expectations. It’s beautifully furnished, incredibly spacious, overlooks the lake, and the views alone are worth it! Thank You Carlton at Lake Dexter!
