The Carlton at Greenbrier

I have been at Carlton @ Greenbrier for a little over a month and I love the place. My apartment was clean and fresh when I moved in -- very spacious with a large laundry, great kitchen layout with plenty of (nice wood) cabinets and (granite) counter space + a huge island -- AND a pantry. Great balcony porch that looks out onto a wooded area -- guest bedroom/office has TWO big lighted closets, nice guest bathroom, spacious hall coat closet, large master bedroom, huge bathroom with walk-in closet. Big windows with lots of natural light throughout the day. front office staff are great -- Erica an Dianna! The day I moved in, I requested a new smoothtop stove -- delivered to my door by Maintenance Team Ron within a couple of days! Asked to have my front door painted and help with my floures

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Maurice at the front desk. Since he’s started working here, the energy around the property has been very pleasant. Maurice is always friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. He takes the time to actually listen and be understanding, which makes a big difference. He goes above and beyond to help residents and never makes you feel like you’re bothering him with questions or concerns. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely personable. Maurice truly cares about the residents and it shows every time you interact with him. Thank you for all that you do, Maurice — it doesn’t go unnoticed!

I’ve been living here for a while now and the overall vibe is just so refreshing. The management actually stays on top of things, and the whole complex is kept really clean and quiet. I love how much natural light comes into the unit. it makes staying home so much more pleasant. Honestly, compared to other apartments I’ve seen around here, this place is a gem in terms of peace and comfort.

Updated review 10/17: My water meter was finally fixed and the management is working on fixing my past bills so im happy with that. I have had another issue recently and it has been taken seriously by management and is being addressed and I am gradually starting to see some improvement. The elevator in my building stopped working one evening and we received a prompt email that it was a knows issue and was fixed before I got home from work the following day. I do think also think the communication has improved which leaves me hopeful things are turning around for the better. So I have lived here for going on eight months now and I’m happy with the apartment, especially the size and layout and the community and upkeep in general. I will say I feel like there’s a real LACK OF COMMUNICATION

All I can say is I LOVE IT!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Since day one from applying to getting approved, Erica has been awesome!! patient, caring, and attentive to all of my needs through the whole process, I have never met anyone that has been so professional. I wish her all the best… I mean wow!!! Maurice, Maurice, Maurice, in a short period of time, he’s already brought me joy as a resident, he’s so friendly, attentive, caring to my needs, very professional, willing to go above and beyond… my first time meeting him was definitely a pleasure and I told him he has to stay here at the Carlton forever… So with that being said, this team is full of grace and I appreciate them both…the Carlton could have not chosen better than have the team members here where I reside with on this property… Urika.
