The Cara Boston Apartments

Was easy arranging an appointment to view an apartment, get a lease started even from out of state, and move in. Only a few months into living here but happy so far, recently built so everything is working nicely. Really appreciate the bike room which has bike racks and even has plugs for ebikes/scooters.

I’ve been living at The Cara apartments for 2 years now. Any maintenance issues are always handled in a timely manner. Paying your rent through the portal is super easy and convenient. The text messages from John the property manager about reminders, updates or any info is very helpful.

John Lombardo is the best property manager I have ever come across. While the apartments are excellent, John is the gem. He was there to help us through processes and ensuring our move was smooth. I can’t express how much I appreciate him and the wonderful apartments!

I've lived in this building for almost two years, and from the start, the experience has been wonderful. All the staff are very competent and attentive. The building is new, and the view from the rooftop with barbecue grill is beautiful. There's a gym, and the building is always very clean.

We have lived here at The Cara for the past year and a half, and have had overall a positive experience. The management team has been very accommodating and pleasant to work with, especially John. He is very responsive, tends to any issues that should arise in a timely fashion, and the community has improved under his watch. Keep up the good work 👍
