Ernesto is my FAVORITE maintenance person that you have on staff. He is very conscious and forward thinking. He repairs the requested and is proactive in identifying issues that also need attention. For example: he came to work on the refrigerator and noticed/cleaned/changed the air filters. I love the way he is so diligent in cleaning up after himself. He is professional, polite and very personal. He comes and leaves with a smile!! He answers my questions and gives information about the item I inquired about. He speaks when I see him on property and always gives a wave and a wonderful smile. He is a very valuable asset to your maintenance staff.

I’ve generally tried to be understanding as a resident, but my recent experience with parking and towing has been extremely disappointing. My car was having mechanical issues, so I was temporarily using a spare family vehicle for a few days. When I signed my lease, the leasing office clearly indicated which area was VISITOR PARKING on the parking map, and that section was highlighted for me. After coming home late from a long shift and not feeling well, I parked in that same area. It was dark, and the signage was not clearly visible at the time. I followed the required process and registered the vehicle through REGISTER2PARK, which approved the car for 24 hours and gave me a confirmation number with no warning or indication that the space was ineligible. Honestly, I’ve had a great experience with staff, and had no issues with my apartment. They are very quick to communicate and keep funds better ways to make everyday interactions or request easier. Liv is a great tool they added! And smart home! The staff as gone above and beyond with an issues or request, and ensured they resolved it there on the spot! Thank you Katy and Lizette !

We absolutely love living at The Cape Grand Harbour! The place is beautiful and very comfortable. The management team is amazing — kind, responsive, and always ready to help. The pool is always clean, and every holiday (especially Halloween) is organized perfectly for families and kids. Once our garage door motor broke down, and they fixed it within an hour by replacing it with one from a vacant apartment — incredible service! Management is very money hungry!! Everyone pays a “clean move fee” automatically to live here, which means they will clean after you move out. I STILL cleaned and wiped EVERYTHING DOWN before I left BUT got hit with an “excess cleaning” charge on top of the “clean move fee”. I didn’t get a description of what excess they are talking about. Jillian Foster didn’t help or explain anything. Ps. I do have a full walk through video but i can only upload pictures on here. I lived here for a year and some things to note are, neighbors throw lots of parties and people don’t pick up after their pets. There are a lot of young kids running around so you have to be careful when driving. UPDATE !! They were able to give me a refund for this excessive cleaning fee I was charged.
