Under new management. Dec. 2022. This is a unique, affordable senior independent living co sponsored HUD/ Episcopal diocese facility. Very well maintained. Friendly atmosphere. Monthly socials and holiday parties. There is programs including access to Meals on Wheels, weekly Christian services, fun and creative programs, a well stocked library room, and there is a community room with exercise equipment. West Building. Rents range from $550-$764 (efficiency to 1 bedroom (295-425 sq. ft)i) including utilities. Parking spaces. $60 mo. East Building is for Section 8 residents. I have lived here for 4 years. I feel blessed. This is independent living, an one of a kind senior housing high rise located in historic downtown. Offers many services for seniors 62+ and over. For me, it's a lucky find

I added my name to the list and submitted all requested information. Claretta said she would return my call on 3 occasions. She NEVER did! Shame on you, Claretta, for misleading me. I wonder how many others have been told the same thing without any follow up.

BED BUG CENTRAL! For years my mother has dealt with this. When Sally would allow heat treatments to be done in the apartments, the problem would go away until the bugs laid eggs again. When Sally, “the director” would come through with maintenance workers to do inspections for bugs they would go through so quickly, that they’d never truly understand the realm of the issue. There will never be a nonexistent of bed bugs because it never gets solved properly. I hired my own exterminator which we had to beg Sally to allow! I was paying for it and she still had to be begged and then after he confirmed the infestation, Sally said she’d have a treatment done and that he didn’t need to do it. But I wanted him to do a PROPER TREATMENT. I’ve bought her so many beds and here we go again. They won’t m
