The Camden

From the minute I stepped in this place, it was a world class experience. The management office found an incredible place within my budget, but it’s felt like I’m living in a hotel with the new appliances and upgrades. Love this building. Love the location. So excited to stay here

Attention: UW Tacoma students and families, very negative experience! I attempted to look at apartments at The Camden today with my daughter and her boyfriend as she will be attending UWT soon; “attempted” being the operative word. The leasing agent’s name was Alex or Alexis, something like that - blonde woman, fair completion, probably in her 30s wearing a white shirt and black pants. She was gruff, rude and condescending from the moment she let us in the door, and it was very clear that she wanted nothing to do with helping two college age young people lease an apartment. She walked us to a room and harshly insisted we give her our IDs, which she would “lock in the office in case anything happens”, insinuating that we were going to violate her or the building. Shout-out to the office management team for being amazing. The place is very well designed and modern. Has AC! Looked through 20 apartments before I found this golden egg !
