I’m leaving this review to document my experience with the HOA/CAM team community manager Randy Wood regarding a recent enforcement issue. I received a citation with a correction deadline that arrived several days after the stated “rectify by” date, making timely compliance impossible. I faxed a written response addressing the citation and did not receive a reply. Despite this, a second citation was issued without acknowledgment of my prior communication. After speaking with the CAM team by phone, I was told my written response was “very well written” and that the matter would be escalated to the community manager. Shortly after that call, my personal property (dog tethers valued at over $100) was removed without notice. I have video footage of the removal. I went to the front office to

*** UPDATE 2/16/26 I'm very happy to report that our HOA Board has decided to go with a different company. Lesson learned to those having issues: attend your HOA mtgs, make the board repeatedly answer for the issues with any company. Make your voice heard. And BRING RECEIPTS! 4-22-2025 Rec'd an email reply that stated my "Notice/Friendly Reminder" has been removed from my account. Therefore, I am cautiously optimistic that things may improve. Hopefully there will be some consistency and only bothering us with notices, reminders, warnings, etc... when there are valid issues and violations. We all see which houses in the neighborhood don't take care of their yards regularly. Please stick to those, as the HOA's main purpose is to maintain a standard to protect home values. I have gone back and forth with Christina Bloomfield since August 2025. It’s now Jan 2026. My account is still not updated to show my assessment dues were paid even though I have sent several emails with proof from our last HOA company. It’s like pulling teeth to get a reply or an update. This is unacceptable. Additionally, the website needs to be updated so that people stationed over seas can have access to online payments like everyone else. Just because one has an APO AE address doesn’t mean we don’t want our community communication and access to things.

I truly enjoy working with The CAM Team. They are always eager to provide information and documentation quickly when needed, and they have an impressive understanding of the nuances of insurance. They are highly responsive, solutions-oriented, and consistently go above and beyond to address requests and resolve issues. Their professionalism and commitment make them an absolute pleasure to work with. Keep it up!!! On a particularly difficult account, we needed documentation from both the developer and the county.
