This apartment is amazing. It is everything I was looking for and more. It is clean and secure, also the office staff is great! Peyton and Sherry are very kind and know everything the community has to offer. It is a great place and I am very happy! If you are looking for an apartment in the area this is the place to be! I had a great experience with The Calvert in Boerne! The community feels modern but still warm and welcoming — not that “sterile apartment” vibe. The finishes are beautiful, the kitchens are spacious, and the overall design has that clean Hill Country style that just fits Boerne perfectly. The amenities are a big plus. The pool and outdoor grilling area are perfect for relaxing or hosting friends, and the clubhouse and fitness center are well kept and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels intentional and well maintained. Location-wise, it’s convenient to shopping, dining, and quick access toward San Antonio, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful.
