Chardonnay called me today to let me know that a package was ready for pickup, I appreciate the customer service. Maintenance staff is also very quick to respond to requests and they always wave when they see me. I appreciate that as well.

Property goes through managers every few months. The grounds is always messy with trash everywhere. Tenants that don’t care around you, and leave trash outside their units. Upon move out we did a pre-Inspection, then an inspection after cleaned and fully moved out. Both times stated they were only deducting for light dusting and carpet cleaning (which they said they do for every unit). Also was told several times that our unit was move in ready and like a model home unit. We also had a contract agreement stating our last months rent amount which was a portioned amount. To sum up, we were charged for painting, carpet in both bedrooms, extra rent (that was not in the end of lease contract), and their fees.

Edit: After being here almost a year I felt it was appropriate to update my review. So, biggest issue is the manager changes every month- is inconsistent and very spotty. It’s SO weird to me that they can’t keep a manager. Like they have to move into the apartments and then just move out when fired?! I really don’t understand what’s going on and the property management obviously doesn’t feel the need to communicate. They rarely answer the phone. And are rarely in the office. About 25% of the time they will respond to voicemails and emails promptly but 75% of the time they just won’t respond at all. Which is super disappointing. The security here seems to be non-existent. I’ve had to call about parties and they just send it to the call center that takes messages. And those are never respond

I have lived here at The California since they were first built for a year now. Management is terrible. Have went through three managers for the apartment complex. There is suppose to be a decent time of 10 pm night for people to be considerate and not make loud noise in the community. However people in the community do not follow the rules and are up in the pool past 10pm till 3 am at night swimming loud . There have been parties past 10pm. I also believe people not from the community sneak into the apartment complex and swim. There has been dogs swimming in the pool as well. Parking is terrible the apartment should have built unit parking. Also the gym is never cleaned. As you can see in the pictures now there are some equipment missing. In addition there’s also trash my mail box’s where

Sure the apartments are nice and spacious. But as someone who's been here for a year now, we've gone through 3 apartment manager changes, garage break-ins, neighbors freely smoking in close proximity to family areas, a ridiculous rent increase, somebody crashed their challenger into a resident's 2 car garage damaging their vehicle, security won't answer their phones at night, overfilled trash and recycling dumpsters (only comes once a week) and right now there are oil stains on the cement that lead to a residents home. It wasn't like this a year ago. The office number used to be posted on the front door. It has been removed and management is never in the office. Very frustrating. Sad to see this place decline. Only move here if you want high ceilings
