The Bungalows on the Lake at Prairie Queen

This is such a lovely, well kept community. I’d especially recommend it to dog owners and other active people as the lake and parks are so readily available. It’s also very clear they care genuinely for their resident’s experience which can’t be said for all communities. Madison is a kind, clear communicator and has a knack for events that draw folks with similar interests together!

The highlights: the homes here are beautiful and well appointed with high end fixtures. Quite possibly the best maintenance and grounds team in the area. Everything is digital for convenience (rent, maintenance, etc). Leasing staff and experience team are friendly and great communicators.The location is amazing and my neighbors are great. While I have had a few less than stellar interactions overall the management company/ownership has followed through with better communication

We’ve called Bungalows on the Lake home for over 3 years, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a townhome in Omaha. The location is amazing, being so close to the lake was such a bonus, and we loved taking our dogs there often. The layout of our space was perfect for us, and it truly felt like home. Maintenance was always very responsive and quick to help with any requests, which made living here stress free. It’s been such a fun and comfortable place to live, and we’re honestly so sad to be leaving. The only reason we’re moving is because we purchased a house, otherwise we would’ve happily renewed our lease again. If you’re looking for a beautiful, convenient, and well maintained community, Bungalows on the Lake is the place to be!

Kari with Bungalows is the sweetest person! So helpful, accommodating, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you feel supported and have all the information you need. She helped me get into my place and was more than accommodating with my timeline! Super quick to respond as well! Such a great team they have.
