The Bungalows at Fig Garden

I left an email for inquiry of availability and price and got a relatively quick response from their manager. They are very nice from the picture and the commodities are a definite benefit but. . .the price for rent is pretty steep ($2400) I guess I would expect to pay that amount in Clovis where the school district is worth it. I live with in a few minutes of driving and familiar with the area so for the cost I personally don't see that price point. Overall manager was very friendly answered all my questions and even followed up with if I was interested which I politely declined.
