Looks like I have dodged a bullet while contemplating renting from the new property Richmond Senior Living. I was looking at South Rice property reviews and concerned of how bad they were but I loved the idea of a place for Seniors. I went to visit This new property and I will admit I fell in love with the model units. While asking many questions and evaluating management, the red flags came in big time, too many to take up space here. Hopefully in time the issues can be addressed and this might be a good place. But if after the first year of Richmond Senior Village being in bussiness and they also get some of the same poor reviews like other of this corporate properties that will be a shame. Tenants can never reach anyone at corporate. There are so msny issues at Lancaster Senior Village Apartments, a 55+ complex. Many tenants with school aged children, tenants way below age 55, trash everywhere, cannot keep maintenance personnel, crime is high, the gates stay inoperable, the manger is rude and unconcerned with issues seniors are experiencing, one yr rent was increased to $100 plus for a tax credit ( income based) property. The list goes on and on.

South rice apartments are the absolute worse .. the leasing agents are the worse it is gross living here, knats invade your apartment, people are smoking on the stairways, they tow your cars for no reason brown stone residential corporate does not answer the phone
