ince moving into Brookstone Apartments in July 2025, my experience has been exceptional. I met Alex around August—possibly late September—and he has been nothing short of phenomenal from day one. He is precise, customer-service oriented, and consistently follows through on his commitments. Alex completes tasks ahead of schedule, communicates clearly, and manages the Brookstone community with fairness, professionalism, and efficiency. Ms. Laurie is equally outstanding. She is always smiling, maintains an upbeat attitude, and has an impressive ability to remember residents by name as well as personal details. We had such a great experience touring this property! The leasing agent (Jordan) was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They answered every question with patience and made us feel completely at ease during the tour. The property itself was beautiful, well-kept, and had all the amenities we were hoping for. The leasing agent really went above and beyond to highlight the features that mattered most to us, and we never once felt rushed or pressured. I toured this apartment complex earlier this week and I have to say, I was honestly impressed by what I saw. So, the vibe is clean, modern but cozy and all with updated appliances.
