If you have a small child beware. Ive been asking for window repairs and locks to be added for protection and 8 months in and still nowhere to be found. Apartment turned over with mold and pet hair everywhere and broken key fob. Told “we are not a professional cleaning service “ when i complained. Numerous left over items in cabinets from previous tenants. Rusty fixtures and broken floorboards. Fridge leaked water all over the food and floor and would not get cold for 4 months of living there and was replaced with a used white fridge with dents. Management does only responds when they want money and pressures you into signing leases but do not fulfill lease agreements. Very slumlord like. I’m fed up it’s been 8 months of paying outrageous 2300 and being promised “luxury “ when it is al

The amenities, especially the gym is very dirty and some of the equipment is broken. The stairwells are dirty and smell. The management is very unprofessional and hard to reach. Not to mention the lack of service from the doorman. If you forget your key or need your package, you are subject to stand and wait for assistance for long periods of time. I would reconsider living at this location. If I could give no stars I would.

Eh. Thin walls. Management is not very responsive. Ok amenities.

Pretty nice apartment. Good amenities. Responsive landlord.
