Ozell and his team are absolutely the kindest people you’ll meet! Maintenance is very efficient in working on and getting things done! Definitely the place to rent and person you would want to be renting from! Ozell is definitely for his tenants and is always concerned in making their environment better!

Starting off rocky….. When I apply for the apartments, they did not have a model or unit for me to look at. Fast-forward to March 7, when I was supposed to move in, they told me the unit was not cleaned and that I would have to wait until Monday, March 10. After waiting all day to get the keys on March 10 at 5 o’clock when I did get the keys and was able to look at the unit, the only thing that had been cleaned was the floor. Every cabinet every drawer had dead bugs hair used feminine products stuffed behind drawers, Just disgusting. No one did a walk-through with me, which was very unusual because I’ve never rented anything without management walking through it with me. Visited this complex for a tour which was a very detailed tour pertaining to what I was looking for my tour guide Ozell was very attentive & professional absolutely amazing answered every question I presented down to a tea! Along with being greeted by staff members upon arrival my experience 10/10 highly recommend

I been here for a year and will be doing another year maintenance always come through with and without a work order. Also I want to give a big shout out to my girl my go to staff Anglic she so helpful and have a big heart you work with her she work with you she very helpful and will get the job done. Overall the maintenance team and Management team is great everybody is new so give them a chance they getting stuff done within the time they here. THANK YOU MS.ANGLIC❤️
