The Brook

I moved to The Brook Apartments in July of 2025, and from the very first day, it has felt like home. This is a quiet, fresh, and welcoming community where you can truly relax and enjoy life. The leasing office team goes above and beyond- a special thank you to Lacey, our amazing property manager, as well as Mike, Lauren, and River, and the new associates who have joined. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care make every interaction a joy and really set The Brook apart. The apartments themselves are modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed, and the community feels safe, peaceful and inviting. Living here has brought me so much comfort and happiness, and I'm incredibly grateful to be a part of it. If you're looking for a place to call home, not just an apartment. I wholehearte

We just moved in and are thoroughly impressed with the community! The maintenance team always stops to wave and ask if we need anything, which really makes it feel welcoming. The ladies in the office are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and responsive — they truly go above and beyond. From the atmosphere to the service, everything has exceeded our expectations. We’re so happy to call this place home!

I toured with Lauren on 8/16/25. Lauren showed me 2 apartments both of which were in the same building as the leasing office and on the top floor. I informed her that I decided to go with the larger one bedroom she showed me. I signed my lease. On September 27th when I picked up my key, I was informed my apartment is actually in a different building. The apartment they gave me has the same layout but my first work from home day I encountered a problem. I heard excessive dog barking and looked outside to find about 12 to 15 dogs outside. The leasing office has put me next to a dog kennel which is an inconvenience being that I work from home at times and need to be in a quiet area. The team is especially friendly. Working with Lauren, Lacey & Danielle has made my experience very smooth and easy going. I love my apartment! They listen to the feedback from the community and put it to action. I have enjoyed my experience as a resident so far. This is home.

The Brook is a great community to be a part of! Lacey and Lauren were very helpful and kind in helping us find the right apartment. Maintenance is always responsive to requests when needed. Modern amenities like new appliances, a nice gym and clubhouse (with coffee!), key fobs and an app for locks and high speed internet already provided are great perks. They have so many layouts to choose from, all with very bright windows and large bedrooms.
