The Bronx Point

I’ve been living in this building for a few months, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from ideal. While the building itself is fairly new and has potential, it’s clear construction was rushed. There are noticeable issues such as walls separating from the floor, cracks in the window sills, and faulty appliances that should’ve been addressed before tenants moved in. Another major concern is the environment. There are often rowdy or unstable individuals around, and the atmosphere can feel unsafe. When I moved in, management said only service animals are allowed, but that rule isn't enforced — pit bulls roam the halls and often urinate in common areas. The maintenance staff works hard and truly does their best to keep things clean, but they’re fighting an uphill battle. Some tenant

This place is slowly turning into another project building. Don’t be fooled by the outside. Inside is full of a bunch of drunk strung out drug addicts and people with Severe mental health issues. Many people are living here for free (off of vouchers etc) so they couldn’t care less. But when you have to wake up every day and come back home to recklessness, its a shame. Management doesnt help. They always act like you’re bothering them and everyone has an attitude. Im so frustrated. Its getting close for me to decide if i want to renew my lease, but its not easy finding a new apt in nyc that’s somewhat affordable. This place sucks. The management lady is not helpful at all. The building is beautiful but the manager is unprofessional. Got locked out and she said their didn’t have any spare keys. Imagine a 8 months heavy pregnant lady seating in the hall way waiting for her friend to finish work before coming to open the door for her. The place is amazing the manager is not nice at all. She said the per can’t open the door. If I didn’t sign a two year lease I would’ve left the place

I just got an email on Friday from The Bronx Point Complex. I'm so stoked and keen to get a 1Bdrm. I can't believe I've been picked. It's been 3 long yrs. Applying for the housing lottery and finally I've been picked. Just submitted all my paper work. I pray to God I get accepted.

Find a new management. Management lady Angy something is very rude and condescending. Can barely use the amenities in there. Not worth the rent paid
