Best apartments in SD hands down. very clean and pest FREE. Ms Stacy is super sweet and does an amazing job running the complex. I’ve referred 2 tenants and received cash rewards almost immediately. 10/10

Stayed in them for about two years moved out since my boyfriend was leaving and decided to move back in after sometime since I absolutely love them and feel safe at the apartments. Stacy is an amazing landlord and helps with questions and everything that you might need

I have lived at The Broadway apartments for the past 2 years and I have had nothing but a positive experience. The manager, Stacy, has always been incredibly helpful and professional. Anytime I have had an issue or question, she has been quick to respond and resolve it. The apartments themselves are very spacious, and well-maintained. I highly recommend The Broadway to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

It is a really nice place, and the Landlady responds in a very timely manner. She is very helpful and if she does not have an answer to your question then she makes sure she gets an answer to you in a timely manner. Any issues I have, it is always dealt with appropriately but its been great. Have been living there since 2022.
