I’ve had such a positive experience with moving into the Broadway Apartments! From the moment I started the process with the manager, everything felt welcoming and professional. The property is very well-kept, peaceful, and truly feels like home. I especially want to recognize Simone — she is AMAZING. It’s rare to find a manager who genuinely cares, but Simone goes above and beyond. She is patient, responsive, and truly takes the time to make sure residents feel heard and supported. As a highlight ranked google reviewer I’ll say I loved!the first part of living in this apartment at the beginning of my first lease, the management at the time was polite, helpful and friendly, made my process such a ease, after new management came in it was very likely the whole embodiment of the complex changed, from being a friendly community to a not friendly environment, people smoking and drinking in the stairs as well as people flying in theirs cars around the parking lot, having to have altercations with non competent people over parking, was just very disappointing, that new management move in such tenants, as completely made me give up all hope for this place, I do feel bad for the good people living there at the moment, with families having to put up with uneducated behavior an
