The new owner and manager of The Brim is wonderful. CloudTen and the previous management company were terrible. All the 1 star reviews have nothing to do with the new owner.

We've been at the Brim for a couple of months now and absolutely love it! The management was kind, patient and helpful as we made the difficult decision to move amidst COVID-19 chaos. The building manager, Brittney's communication is excellent and made the move very smooth and extremely easy for us. The building is well cared for by maintenance and have helped resolve any issues quickly. Our unit has a great view, lots of natural light and an open layout that's very functional. We love the location!

We moved into the building amidst the chaos of COVID-19 and could not be more grateful for the thoughtful, excellent communication on the behalf of The Brim management, Brittany. From our original tour, to our move in date, she was on top of every single detail, making it equal parts easy and exciting to make this our new home. The management and maintenance team take very good care of the building, ensuring it is a clean (and safe!) environment for all of the residence. All of the amenities including the elevator, AC, dishwasher and washer/dryer are fantastic.

Management’s communication is horrible. I just moved in here maybe about almost 3 WEEKS ago and I’m already regretting my decision and contemplating on breaking my lease. My apt unit was not on the floor they told me it would be nor was it the floor plan I was told it would be either. On the website and on my lease agreement I was made believed that my apartment had an AC in unit. Well, it’s been almost three weeks and I’ve bee stuck in A BASEMENT UNIT with ONE window, and NO AC, it feels like it’s 100 degrees in my apartment. Don’t waste your peace of mind and sign a lease here.I had high hopes and was excited to move in but now I’m stuck on a 13month leasing agreement. 10/9 Update: new management is someone I was warned about from a former tenant from about two years ago.
