1.There's no parking on this premises, especially the disabled, senior citizens. 2. The Bria's resident portal is a distraction because auto draft does not work. You can't send requests, manage my account, or pay my rent. Cafe rent is not responsible for rent and therefore, it's easy for this apartment complex to add late fees. Investigation!?! 3. The maintenance is very angry because I've been asking for nearly FIVE months for a weatherization of my apartment, especially, the front door. It has gaps on both sides that I can see outside and it's freezing below average temperatures. I wonder how much General Electric is going to bill me!?! I only hope these issues will be rectified calmly and quietly. Thank goodness that this complex is still clean since I've been living here.
If I could use a -0 I would. I was contacted by heather to come tour. I toured May 28th for apt 122. These are affordable housing apts. I applied the same day and plaid the app fee. I was very open with Heather in regards to my collections and one being utility debt. She said they aren’t worried about that probably a full deposit. No problem. While I was filling out my app another young lady stopped because she lost her previous app and was grabbing another one for the same apt I just toured. Heather confirmed with Ashley my situation and Ashley no problem. We then had a conversation about food prices. Heather advised that I’ll hear Friday if not Monday. Well weeks go by and no response to my email asking for an update, never answer their phone either. I was told by another property I was
I wouldn’t make an appointment to tour an apartment, unless you enjoy re arranging your Schedule, get permission from your boss to come in a little later and drive across town to show up and the leasing office is closed. I made the appointment the day before, maybe the guy on the phone could have shared this information with me before I wasted time a gas to get there. I apologize to to maintenance person I was little rude when he told me the office was closed.it’s not your fault that this place is managed poorly.
Thanks to the new management at Brea Apartments!! I just want to say how happy and honestly relieved we are with the huge improvements happening around the Brea Apartments lately. It feels like a completely different place now — and in the best way. Not too long ago, things were honestly pretty bad. There was trash everywhere, dog poop all over the grass, and a lot of concerning activity with drug use and homeless people hanging around. It didn’t feel safe, and it was frustrating to see the place getting worse over time. But ever since the new management took over, it’s like night and day. The regular cleanups, the new 24/7 security team — you can really tell they care. The whole property feels cleaner, safer, and more cared for. We’re finally seeing the kind of upkeep and attention thi
My experience with living here has changed for the better just in the past month or so. New manager, with more experience and motivation to make this community safe and comfortable. I am happy to know that us residents are being heard and actually taken seriously. Still a lot to fix but everything takes time. Just glad to see improvement. Thank you Ashley and ownership. Update: it's really unfortunate to see a new complex that had a lot of potential to now a complete take over by the homeless drug users. It has changed night and day just within the past year. Trash everywhere, homeless sleeping out on the stairs, foil and other drug paraphernalia out in the open. There is absolutely no sign of ownership or new management wanting to stop the endless homeless everywhere. I feel for th
