The Breeze

The Breeze is stunning! Celeste is absolutely amazing, so warm and welcoming! I just toured The Breeze apartments in Winter Haven, and wow! They’re gorgeous! I saw both the studio and the one-bedroom, and each space was modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt brand new and upscale, from the finishes to the layout. The community has such a fresh, luxury vibe, and you can tell they put a lot of care into every detail. Definitely a place worth checking out if you’re looking for something beautiful and comfortable in Winter Haven!

A great safe and beautiful place to call home Jessica and the entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers and to be honest I don’t know how they do it but this place always is immaculate and smells terrific even the elevators. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely and truly boasts of the resort feel and experience. I love the convenience of the elevator and the inviting first floor with seating and comfortable gathering areas, coffee available and pool and videos games for entertaining as well as conference area and a quiet study area available as well. Celeste is AMAZING! I have been looking for somewhere to move my elderly mother and we feel she went above and beyond to make us feel safe and welcome. Throughout the tour she consistently reassured us with the utmost confidence in her safety at The Breeze. We were given some complimentary snacks at the beginning of our tour, they also had coffee, sodas, and other complimentary beverages available. Blake the maintenance lead was exceptionally kind, and we really appreciate how warm our visit was! Even if The Breeze is not a fit for you, you’re guaranteed the best customer service in Winter Haven, I wouldn’t want to rent from anywhere else!

I recently toured The Breeze in Winter Haven and was so impressed! I viewed both the studio and one-bedroom layouts, and they were absolutely beautiful. Modern finishes, bright natural light, and a clean, upscale design throughout. The community feels peaceful yet luxurious, and the amenities look amazing. The staff was welcoming and professional, making the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely one of the nicest new apartment communities in Winter Haven!

I moved into The Breeze from Raindance, and I an enjoying my experience! Ryan and Jessica made it a seemless process, and answered any questions I have had, and Jessica was able to assist on many occasions last minute! I recommend The Breeze!
