WARNING: Avoid This Place Ongoing Harassment by Manager Cindy McGee I moved out of this apartment complex almost five months ago, and Cindy McGee, the apartment manager, is still emailing me saying I owe rent. She was fully aware of my move out yet continues to harass me. While I lived there, she constantly tried to come into my apartment, always claiming she needed to spray for pests but she would often call and never show up.
