The Braydon Apartments

Closing in on my first year at Braydon. The communication from the front office, and maintenance is unmatched. The communal areas are very well maintained, from the grills, to the fire pits, to the pools. My particular unit had an issue with exterior lighting, which was was taken into consideration, and ultimately handled perfectly. Of all the apartment complexes in town, Braydon was, and is the perfect fit. The community is amazing, warm, and welcome. Between the multiple grills, pools, gyms, dog parks, and staff…there’s nothing lacking.

***Update 2*** Yep. The Braydon Apartments are full of trash in the hallways. Broken glass(see photo). Egg shells were my favorite(see photo). But I'll put the pics below. And my the way, it is NOT the fault of the folks that are doing the cleaning of the hallways. They are always very nice and do a good job. It's this idiotic trash program that again we pay for here because they need to charge us crazy amounts for the trash service. So now they just charge us more and charge us twice. Sounds like a really nice scam. And if you see complaints about parking, I'll explain why there is a problem. The Braydon Apartments don't do ANYTHING. Great location and reasonable rent prices. However, when we returned today to just walk the property there were cheap plastic garbage cans out in front of each apartment. These weren't there when we did an official tour last month. They significantly detract from the appearance of the community. We ended up speaking with a current resident at the dog park (as she had a dog similar to ours!) and she said the individual bins are part of a new program since the property has a trash problem. Apparently, the property charges all residents $90/month for trash!! Even if you're only 1 person in a studio the charge is $90/mo just for trash. She said the building management team says the cost is so high bc residents throw items in the wrong bins or throw away items like a sofa into the dumpster so t

I've been lucky enough to tour several apartment complexes lately. I've seen some nice one's. But this is the best one that I've seen. There are so many amenities to describe! Two crystal clear pools, spas, large fitness/workout areas, multiple mail rooms where packages are placed, several barbecues, places to just chill. If you're considering a move like I am this is an amazing place to check out! I met with two of the leasing agents. They were both very nice. One of them showed me around the place after I booked a tour. I felt like a kid in a candy store while we looked around. She answered all the questions that I had. But don't just take my word for it. Go check it out for yourself!

Life at the Braydon Apartments could not be better. It is an amazing Property with all the amenities you could ask for. The manager and her staff are absolutely the best; very accommodating and the nicest people. They plan wonderful events for the community, and are so very helpful when any needs come up, they gleefully handle it. I can’t say enough good about the Braydon Apartments. I have lived since February 2021 and I can’t see myself living in any other apartment Community in Napa.
