I was having issues selling me house under a different realtor. After three months with no offers, I contacted Brandon for help. I highly recommend Brandon he made buying my new home seamless. He was highly recommended to me and was very personable right from the start . He responded to any questions right away. Was very friendly, caring and professional and there for anything needed. Knowing I had limited help He actually helped me unload my U-Haul truck , yes more than several truck loads ! That alone is amazing and unheard of. If I could give him 100 stars I would ! Brandon changed the most stressful time in my life into a blessing. I was simultaneously selling my home in NC and looking to buy a home in Satellite Beach. Brandon found me the perfect home and was able to get the asking price lowered so I could afford it! Everything was perfect until the financing on the NC home fell through two days before closing. Fortunately it only delayed closing two weeks but I didn’t have a place to stay for two weeks! Two large dogs and a cat couldn’t make it in a hotel for that long. Brandon opened up his own home to the four of us and he already had three dogs and a son! To say that he went above and beyond is a gross understatement. I will be forever in his debt. He isn’t just a great Realtor, he is a terrific human being.

Brandon and Rob from The Brandon Lape Group were phenomenal to work with. Brandon came highly recommended on all the military Facebook pages that I posted on and for good reasons. Right off the bat I knew Brandon was passionate about what he does, he was straight forward and honest with me from start to finish. We had to buy sight-unseen and both Brandon and Rob FaceTimed us and walked us through each house and inspected them on our behalf. We have two little boys and Rob took time out of his day to go get sand and seashells from the beach. He then mailed them to us to help get my boys excited about moving close to the beach. Nothing but positive feedback for The Brandon Lape Group. I highly recommend this group, especially if you are military!
