The Brand

I really enjoy living at Brand in Glendale. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance: shops, cafes, restaurants, salons, and The Americana is just around the corner. I love that I can easily walk everywhere and truly enjoy the neighborhood. The building itself has great amenities. There are nice chill areas, and my favorite place is the rooftop — especially when the weather gets warmer. It’s a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The gym is also excellent; I personally love running and walking on the treadmill, and it’s amazing that the gym is open 24/7, so I can work out whenever it fits my schedule. Leana was wonderful throughout our move-in process! She was patient, professional, and took the time to show us multiple apartments without ever rushing us. She made finding our new home a great experience! The community is family-friendly, very safe, and extremely clean, with many families living here. The neighborhood nearby is large and walkable with well-maintained sidewalks, making it perfect for long walks and for taking our dog out. The location truly offers the best of both worlds (city convenience with a suburban neighborhood nearby). Americana and the Galleria are within walking distance, along with many restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment options, salons, and nearby hospitals such as Kaiser. The amenities are excellent! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a great experience living at The Brand Apartments in Glendale. The location is excellent — close to shopping, restaurants, and everything you need, while still feeling quiet and comfortable. The building is clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are convenient. Management and staff have been professional and responsive whenever I needed help, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s been a smooth and stress-free place to live. I would definitely recommend The Brand Apartments to anyone looking for a nice apartment community in Glendale.

UPDATE: November 2025 After being back at the Brand for 11 months now. I have to revise my review down to 2 stars. The fire alarm goes off every week. Not exaggerating. The entire building smells like cigarette smoke including the actual apartments, the parking garages, the hallways. We had to switch units because our first unit smelled so badly of smoke and now the second one does as well. People smoke EVERYWHERE and the building does nothing to stop it. The only thing security focuses on is parking. The package room is a chaotic mess. The cleaning crew and maintenance crew do a great job but the tenants are just awful people and therefore the building is treated as such. ********* We recently moved (back) into the Brand after living here back in 2015 and can say it is still one of the

The Brand is an amazing place to live! The ladies in the leasing office Adia, Brittany, Lianna and Misty really go above and beyond and are always there to help. Additionally, It is so nice to live in a place where there is an onsite maintenance team. Jorge and Oscar do a fantastic job at handing any situation should they arise. Furthermore, the daily cleaning crew is on top of everything, attending to property and its appearance on a daily basis. They keep the place clean and tidy. The apartments themselves are so beautiful with many amazing amenities. The apartment complex’s exterior and neighborhood are a joy to experience and live in. I especially love that the neighborhood is so walkable with many shops, restaurants and cafes. My husband and I love living here and would recommend
