The Brae Apartments

I’ve found this beautiful property by accident while apartment hunting and boy I’m so glad I did! I loved that it’s not as huge as other properties around as I like my peace and quiet. I absolutely adore my apartment, and I decided to cancelled my local gym membership as the gym by the office is top notch so I was able get rid of this expense.The office staff is truly the nicest , Thank you Christen for making this whole process as smooth as possible.

I was searching for an apartment in the right location, at the right size, for the right price, that was new or well maintained and The Brae Denton checked all the boxes! The apartments here are so spacious and the layout of the building itself gives that luxury hotel vibe. I like that it’s a smaller community with ample parking, and it’s very diverse. The main thing that truly sets The Brae apart from others is their amazing staff! McKenzie Starr and Christen Polich were very engaged throughout my application and moving process. They never hesitate to go above and beyond to make sure the residents have exactly what they need. They were available to answer any questions and address any concerns that I had. All the apartments were so nice that they took time to show them to me multiple time
