Edit 5: Please stop leaving eviction notices on my door. Every single time the problem ("unpaid rent") could have been solved with a phone call. I have auto-payments setup with a cap of more than you're even asking for. The problem is you. Take the money??? Edit 4: Morgan Properties is making positive structural changes, like replacing smoke detectors and busted outdoor lights, as well as repaving the development's pothole-riddled drives. I'm increasing my rating from 1 to 3 stars, with the possibility of going higher. --- I moved in with my sister in January 2022. The apartment stinks of cigarettes, but we make the best of it, plugging in multiple Wallflower fresheners. You can still smell the smoke through the aroma. The vent filter was putrid upon move-in, so I had to buy replacement
The maintenance team arrived promptly after I contacted Noah and mentioned the plumbing issues. The maintenance team was very nice, professional, and they fixed all of the issues with the lighting, and most importantly the plumbing. Definitely kudos to Joe! He definitely deserves a compliment! The two other guys were super awesome too that fixed the lighting, but I forgot to introduce myself and ask their names. They said they’d call their supervisor out to fix the toilet and he was here in less than 20 mins. So kudos to the whole team! Thank you guys so much!
Apartment was extremely clean when we moved in, and maintenance is completed promptly by a great team. What’s frustrating though is a lack of communication. Large projects are communicated to us with only a few hours of notice. Some examples: - Everyone was told to move their cars by that same night or get towed, as they were painting. - Mailboxes were removed from the property with everyone’s mail still inside, as they hadn’t told anyone the boxes were getting replaced. - We were given barely 24 hours notice that all of our windows and patio doors would be replaced. Anything within 3 feet had to be moved by the next morning or we’d face a fine. Individuals are kind. But the property as a whole is clearly disorganized. I’ve lived here almost 8 years. When it was owned by Trilogy, our experience was always positive. Ever since the new management group took over earlier this year, things have taken a turn for the worst. I will say they are trying to do improvements to the property. But the office staff never answers the phone and never calls back after leaving a voicemail. My neighbor moved out with a severe cockroach infestation that affected the entire building. Me being a pest control technician, I had to go into the office on my off days and advise them on how to deal with the issue. We just had a vendor come into our unit with no notice today for a repair that wasn’t even for our unit. The office staff was very rude to my wife when she went into the office on her off day to address this. We don’t know
