A family friend referred me to the Braddock Group. Their realtor Luke Mello took the time to hear what I was looking for and was a great asset while touring properties. He asked great questions of the sellers agent for my benefit and I felt well represented through the entire process. After making an offer, Luke walked me through the possible scenarios and the details of each decision point. I personally recommend Luke Mello and the Braddock Group - professionals in every sense.

Initially I found the Braddock group through a property they had listed. I was looking to buy one and place a house on it. I got to speaking with Luke as he was the agent handling the sale. After a bit of talking I came to appreciate his honesty. Unfortunately I didn't end up putting an offer on the property he had listed but I saved his contact info. Fast forward a few weeks and I found a house that really caught my eye. I set up a viewing and immediately thought to contact him. To say saving his contact info was an amazing decision is an understatement. Luke is incredibly knowledgeable and he went above and beyond my expectations through what's typically a very stressful process. If you are looking for an agent you can trust to have your back you should definitely call him.
