I had an excellent move-in experience working with Kendra. She was professional, knowledgeable and generally helpful throughout the entire process. Every question was answered quickly and clearly. If she didn’t have the answer, she got back to me in a timely manner. She made what can be a stressful process smooth and much easier. You can tell she truly cares about the residence at the Bower and takes pride in what she does! Highly recommend!

I’ve lived at this property for nearly three years and have consistently paid rent on time. I was recently charged a $180 late fee for a one-day delay, and despite my long payment history, setting up auto-pay immediately, and escalating the issue through on-site management and regional leadership, the fee was upheld. What’s most disappointing is not the fee itself, but how rigid and impersonal the process was. Communication is routed through generic inboxes, decisions are framed as “policy” despite there being no written prohibition on one-time courtesy reversals, and there is no meaningful avenue for long-term residents to resolve issues once a charge posts. I’ve had a great experience at The Bower. Aaron and Cal in maintenance are always quick, reliable and professional. Kristina in the leasing office is incredibly responsive and on top of everything. Rob, the new manager, runs the place smoothly and is always approachable. The Concierge team - Austin and Britt - are top notch. They truly make the building feel like home. I highly recommend The Bower.

The Bower leasing agent is condescending. The way she talk is condescending and argued I didn’t show up last time so refused a tour. Never been treated like this by a leasing office. You can tell that this management is in general condescending. Good luck if you want them to solve any problem in the future
