⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Living at The Boulevard has been an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth, professional, and welcoming. Jose, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy—he truly cares and it shows. At the front, Horacio at the concierge is always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything you need. The building itself is top of the top—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and full of great amenities. The gym is fantastic, and the views from the apartments are simply breathtaking. Every interaction with the staff has been warm and professional, making it feel less like an apartment building and more like a true home. If you’re looking for the best place to live, The Boulevard is it. Moving here has been on
It’ll be 1 year soon I have been living at The Boulevard, and I have to say at first, when I saw it from the streets I said: “what a beautiful building, must be amazing living there!” A few months later, here I am! The staff is friendly and prompted with whatever you need. Walter is great, he helped me with my process and with questions/things I need. The building is really beautiful, I call a piece of paradise once at the rooftop. We often have brunches, meetings, and celebs to get to know each other. Friendly and good looking neighbors!😁
Pros: I lived here for about 2 years. Everyone is extremely nice and always ready to help. Management and maintenance almost always addressed my issues immediately. The building always felt safe and secure and so did the parkinglot (seems like this is surprisingly hard to find in Miami). There is security patrolling the building, amenities and parking lot through out the day. They agressively tow unregistered cars which is nice because you can be at peace knowing there's no randoms using the parkinglot. Also, the building was always clean and so was the gym, which had an incredible view of the park and water. Cons: The walls are paper thin. I could hear the neighbors phone conversations word for word, and I imagine they heard mine as well. If they played music at a decent volume I could a
While the building has a good location and decent amenities, the overall living experience has been extremely disappointing. Noise is a major issue — dogs are left barking constantly when owners are gone, and neighbors blast music at all hours. The walls are so thin that it’s nearly impossible to relax, sleep, or work from home. The leasing agent told me the pool was open 24/7, but after signing, I learned that only the deck and grill area are accessible — not the pool itself. That kind of misleading info is frustrating. The parking garage is a mess and always chaotic. On top of that, my unit was filthy when I moved in and had a silverfish infestation. Despite multiple maintenance visits, I’ve had to spend my own money on traps and seal cracks just to keep the bugs under control — and the
This building has numerous ongoing issues that make living here frustrating. Be aware that many of the 5-star reviews reflect the leasing or move-in experience—not from actual long-term residents. After living here for just over two years, I’m relieved to finally be moving out. Rules are inconsistently enforced. For example, the pool policy limits residents to two guests, but this is selectively applied—some residents host large gatherings with 20+ people without consequence. EV charging is another problem. The few available charging stations are often occupied by non-electric vehicles, and despite repeated complaints to management, nothing is done. Some residents also take up multiple parking spots, again with no response from management. You’re required to pay $150 for a second vehicle
