I’ve stayed at the Summit House twice, and it remains the best vacation rental I have visited. My mother and I spent a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend here and it could not have been any more perfect. The stunning views cannot be put into words. The accommodations are stellar and I wish I could have stayed longer. Matthew and team are top tier hosts who will make you feel welcome and are genuinely very helpful with any questions you may have. If you stay here, you very well may become a repeat guest!

I recently stayed in a property called the Summit House outside of Asheville and it was such an incredible property. The views were serene, and it was extremely private and felt like our own space. The home had incredible amenities, was clean and well stocked, and the communication from the team and the extra offerings were beyond incredible. We brought our dogs and had extra towels labeled dog towels, there was a welcome note and a bottle of wine that greeted us on arrival, and the instructions and expectations for checkin and out were very nicely laid out and within reason. Would recommend the Summit House in a heartbeat.

If you find this house available on Airbnb, book it immediately, this place is Divine! Amazing views from every room in the house, yet it felt very cozy for just the two of us. Completely private inside walls of windows in this beautiful mountain location. The bed linens, towels, dishes, kitchen and laundry appliances, everything was high-quality and spotless. They take very good care of this home. Matthew quickly responded every time I asked a question both before we arrived and during our stay. He made us feel welcome and appreciated as a guest in his home . I would book this house again. Absolutely!💯

We chose to stay at the Summit House for our 20th anniversary get away. The views from the home are so much more spectacular than photos do justice. But what was even better was the level of attention and friendliness from Matthew and his team. They provided great restaurant and activity recommendations, were incredibly responsive, and ensured the property was immaculate upon our arrival. They even offered additional services prior to arrival to enhance the stay. We took advantage of the fridge and pantry stocking. We placed a pickup order at a local grocer and Matthew and his team picked it up prior to our arrival so we could get right on with our vacation. If you are considering working with Matthew and his team, I’d recommend them without hesitation!
