The Bluffs at Fairway Hills

Great staff made applying, then checking- in very pleasant. Apartment and grounds are really excellent. Beautifully updated in idyllic setting viewed through big openings out the back of the building.

I would have given them five out of five stars but when we first moved in there was some ghetto activities happening in our building that were highly dangerous. They literally did nothing. Then the crazy girl that lived here threatened to stab someone or pulled a knife or something. police came and kicked in her moms door. Management kicked her and her mom out. Peaceful ever since. My apartment building is always clean, they send a cleaning service weekly to do the inside of the building and outside. My apartment was completely renovated with marble countertops and modern washed wood cabinetry. New carpets and everything without requesting. Not one sign of pest of any kind. only thing that sucks is that the apartments on the basement level in the front are the only ones without patios or b

Only give one star bc I have to. What a joke. I’ve lived here for years. Never late. Never cause any problems. Good luck getting through to anyone ever in person or on the phone . Good luck ever seeing anyone come to fix your emergency problems. My bf has replaced and repaired EVERYTHING we have asked them to do. Including a broken deadbolt to our front door they didn’t consider a emergency. We waited 24 hours no one showed up. We fixed it ourselves. Our bathroom tub has back up and filled and FLOODED 3 yes 3 different times. With other peoples septic. Not emergency in the eyes of this complex. The laundry room on our floor has FLOODED into our apartment 4 different times. Also not a emergency. I’ve had a eviction notice stamped and ready on the door for my apartment number and someone el

The new toilet and floor is great and much needed. Maybe the vanity and mirrors could be next to complete the bathroom. Maintenance has been quick to repair items when I call. Friendly. The common areas are in need of updating and neighbors with pets need to house train them so that don't impact neighbor balconies and common areas.
