The Bluffs at Clary's Forest

I love love love my apartment here!! Have been here since Nov.2025. anything you need done they come right away to fix it, lovely apartment, quiet here and everyone is sooo nice. Could not love it more!! I asked for a new kitchen floor 2 days ago, I came home from work to my new kitchen floor today! They want to make their residents happy and they do!! ❤️❤️

Henderson should be ashamed of themselves you all have the audacity to make the tenants responsible for shoveling out the cars when 90 percent lazy residents don’t then when the hard working ones come home they have nowhere to park because your parking lot is not clear which you all should do during the day when everyone at work not 10 at night when everyone home and the spaces are taken by our cars. no salt no one shoveled the from doors the sidewalks the guys barely shoveled the drive way woman and men out there in the cold shoveling cars n trucks out there is a serious risk not taking care of the tenants The bluff the emergency number no one picking up but y’all go up 60 dollars in rent for what carpet never changed appliances old as hell we risking our lives s trying to walk on ice bec

If I could give this apartment complex no stars I would. Everything started off so good and was happy. All of a sudden we saw mold and leak behind our fridge & by the stove, we called maintenance & they toke almost 4 days to fix it me being unable to use my kitchen, and they had equipment all over my living room knowing I have a 9 month old and a 2 year old. Fast forward to them “fixing the issue” we started noticing rat poop in the kitchen, we assume that them leaving the wall open over night made mice come into our complex because we never had mice in the beginning. We’ve called several times about this and they claimed they schedule to exterminate but I’m a stay at home mom and they don’t even show up. 3 times already. They have done this. And not to forget the amount of ants that come

Warning: Take pictures of EVERYTHING before and AFTER you move out, but before you turn in your keys. Take pictures of every little thing. When you move out, the management company will try to screw you. They will keep your security deposit, make normal wear and tear repairs, and updates that have nothing to do with your residency there. They’ll try to make you pay a penalty, as if you’re responsible for the things they probably should’ve taken care of before you moved in. The people who own the management company are scam artists. If they pull this crap with you, call an attorney immediately. You can’t even get a person on the phone outside of the call center. If they are going to come at you with bs charges, a manager should directly make contact to discuss and show evidence in person. I

dirty apartments, they don’t care about you or your family. they have no respect for anyone and all they care about is your money and not your well being. a damn shame
