They didn’t want to come fix stuff I was invested with bugs in my home they got old Appliance full of bugs inside please find something else they did not keep up with landscaping like they should. Everything is done via paper, requiring applicants to print, scan, and submit forms manually—no online portal, no digital ease. I have been dealing with a leaking roof for many months now. It has literally put a hole in my ceiling. This is not a rental. Blanton is just the HOA for my building so unfortunately I can’t choose a different company. For weeks I called them and every time she would tell be they are sending some one out. Then she tells me it’s been fixed. Without anyone ever coming inside to check. Well guess what…it’s leaking and was never fixed. Today she tells me that they will send someone out as soon as I get caught up on the dues that I’m behind on. So why wasn’t I told this the 10 others times I’ve called instead of being lied to saying it’s been fixed. They are the worst when it comes to making repairs. I do not recommend this company at all.
