Antonio was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to my needs. Absolutely loved and miss living here. Yes white oak is what it is but this apartment complex was always great to me. They were on top on resolving any issues that I had which were minimal. When I lived here Jessica was absolutely awesome. All the maintenance folks from including kiwi were so incredible. I highly recommend this complex because management is great and never had issues. The apartment themselves are clean and roach free.i also kept clean but I know other places are infested. I never saw a mouse or anything like that. Wilquin always resolved any issues and answered my questions in a kind and respectful manner. I bought my first house and moved to Gaithersburg which is why I moved. truly miss the comfort of living at the birches and highly recommended anyone that’s wants to sav

Overall best place to live in White Oak. The only issues are the roaches sometimes. But as soon as you report it they come by. This place is clean, safe, and quiet. The office is very pleasant too. Maintenance is the quickest I’ver ever experienced.

As a first time renter in the DMV I must say everyone at The Birches have been great to work with. The staff here is very communicative. They make sure the tenants know what's going on. Hoping that I can be here for many years.

We have lived here for two years and the first year was fine. However recently this apartment complex has lost its decency! First non stop cockroaches, then numerous peoples cars has been broken into and there are no security cameras. The works for maintenance are nice, the management never answers the phone. when you go to the office to speak to them they don’t know what’s going on. Very disappointed.
