They’ve certainly earned the 1 star rating. From the account managing side you’ll see legally & ethically questionable practices, legitimate concerns will be met with aggressive hostility & feigned ignorance. This place is a set up. Very unprofessional. They will damage your property if they want. Second month and have had two problems with the plumbing Most recently after they did some work in the vacated apartment below (go figure) Maintenance comes in without any notice and will wait for you to be out of your apartment if you have any complaints. I saw the reviews only after I had already signed my initial lease (which they pushed back and revised several times). I thought my experience may be similar to the past apartments I rented where I had a limited need to interact with the manage

I have lived at this place for 3 years, and moving out and trying to get a sliver of your deposit back is impossible. Not only did they try to charge me for damages that I had listed on my move-in checklist, they also tried to charge me 80$ for WATER. When previously we only had to pay around 10$ a month. Not to mention it took almost 5 months and multiple calls and emails from my end to even get them to reply. I finally get a call telling me they would at-least take off the 2 replacement blinds and carpet cleaning (both listed on my move in checklist), to a note in the mail of them only taking off the carpet cleaning. Which keep in mind they tried to charge me $115 for even though I had even took pictures of everything they excused me of doing. Worst communication I’ve ever experienced ju

We’ve lived here 2 years and love the community and staff! Any maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. We’ve struggled with our AC unit since we moved in so they replaced it. The current unit still has issues but they come out every time and get it working again! The leasing staff is always helpful and available. The referral credit is amazing! The property is quiet and neighbors are respectful. Overall a great community!!!

Property management is terrible. You will pay outrageous expenses for services that aren’t even worth it, yet you don’t have an option to opt out of them. Also noting, anything maintenance related takes about 14 days to even get a response, not to fix the actual problem. They will also enter without calling for a notice, so best not to have anything valuable.

While I had an incredibable tour and applied the same day only to be denied due to Rental Credit History....I have lived on my own since I was 17yrs old No Evictions, Rent has Never been late and I have always left properties in great condition receiving full return of deposit. On the application it only asked for my current place of residence not any other so how exactly is rental history being determined?? By the looks of some of these past reviews I may have dodged a bullet its just frustrating you pay all these admin fees without receiving proper communication. And my application still says pending when I login to the website.
